We answer support usually within seconds. You own your prompts, uploads, and generated files. Clear refund and credit policies.

These Terms are the agreement between you and Uncensored AI Video. Please read them before you create an account or pay. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Uncensored AI Video Is

Uncensored AI Video is an independent service at https://uncensoredaivideo.pro, operated by ACKERMAN TECH SOLUTIONS LLC. The support address is support@videoany.ai, the same name as the site. We reply to support messages as soon as they arrive, usually within seconds. We fix failed generations, wrong charges, and plan mix-ups with you.

The service lets you create images and videos with AI. You can start from a prompt, an upload, or another reference. Generation uses third-party AI models. Model names and trademarks on the site belong to their owners. We are not those companies, and we do not claim their endorsement.

If you use Uncensored AI Video for a company or other organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for it.

2. Who Can Use It

You must be 18 or older to use Uncensored AI Video. By creating an account or paying, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter this agreement.

3. Before You Pay

Checkout shows the price before you confirm. A recurring plan also shows the billing interval and the renewal amount. One-time packs do not renew. The generate screen shows the credit cost before you submit. Cost depends on the model and the settings.

Cancel a recurring plan in billing settings. Canceling stops the next charge. The period you already paid for stays until it ends. Stopping use of the site does not, by itself, cancel a plan. You still need to cancel in billing settings.

If a generation fails and no file arrives, the reserved credits come back. The Refund Policy explains when money goes back. Email support@videoany.ai. We usually reply within seconds.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and for what happens through it. Give us information that is true when you sign up. If you think someone else has used it, email support@videoany.ai.

Do not share or resell the account. Do not open extra accounts to collect signup credits or to get around a limit. Free or promotional credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be removed if they were gained by abuse or by extra accounts.

5. Plans and Credits

One-time credit packs do not expire. Monthly membership credits last 30 days. Yearly membership credits last 365 days. Prices and plan benefits are on the pricing page. A change in price does not change a period you have already paid for.

Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal. By paying, you also accept their terms for the payment itself. Uncensored AI Video does not store full card numbers. We receive details such as an order or transaction ID, the plan, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.

Recurring plans renew until you cancel. Cancel in billing settings. Canceling stops future renewals. Current-period benefits stay until that period ends. A one-time membership does not renew by itself. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your purchase.

Credits are for use on Uncensored AI Video. They are not cash, they cannot be transferred to another account, and they cannot be redeemed for money, except where a refund in these Terms or the Refund Policy applies.

6. Refunds

If a generation fails and delivers no file, reserved credits come back to the account. If they still look missing, email the task ID and we put them back right away. A credit return is not the same as a refund of money. It restores credits on Uncensored AI Video.

For a refund of money paid for a credit pack, email within 30 days of that purchase. If you have used less than half of the credits from that purchase, we refund it. Failed generations with no file do not count as used.

If the charge was duplicated, nothing was delivered, you bought the wrong pack, or the service failed you, we refund that charge even when more than half was used. For a membership, if a renewal or plan charge was not what you meant to buy, email us and we refund that charge.

Say what happened. Include your account email and the order or transaction ID. Refunds go back to the original payment method. We start them as soon as we confirm the request, usually the same day. A bank can take a few days to show the money.

If you used a credit pack and kept the delivered files, that purchase did what it was for. A broken charge is still corrected. The full refund table is on the Refund Policy.

7. Your Files

You own your prompts, uploads, and generated files, as between you and Uncensored AI Video. You keep the rights you already have in them. We do not claim ownership of a file only because it was generated here.

You let us host, store, and process those files only so we can run generation, show your history, give support, keep the service safe, and meet legal duties. We do not publish your private work. If you choose to make a creation public, other people may be able to see it.

That permission ends when you delete the content or the account, except payment, security, and legal records we must keep, and copies that remain in ordinary backups until those backups expire.

You are responsible for what you upload and for how you use a result, including a commercial use. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload your files. We do not promise that a result is unique, that copyright protects it, or that it is free of someone else's rights.

8. Models and Results

The generate screen shows the credit cost before you submit. Generation uses third-party AI models. Those providers have their own rules. A model may be added, changed, or removed. We do not promise that one named model will stay available.

Results can differ from what you pictured, and similar prompts can lead to similar results for different people. AI output can be incomplete or unexpected. Review a result before you publish it or rely on it. A result is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

If the job fails and no file arrives, the reserved credits come back, as described above.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use Uncensored AI Video to break the law or another person's rights. That includes child sexual abuse material, intimate images of someone without their consent, unlawful exploitation, credible threats, or harassment aimed at one person. It also includes using someone else's intellectual property or private information without a right to do so, pretending to be another person, distributing malware, or attacking, overloading, or reselling the service or an account.

You also may not try to bypass credit limits or safety checks, use bots or scrapers except through tools we provide, or reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly allows it.

When it is needed to protect people and the service, we may decline a request, remove a result, or limit an account. Where the law allows, we may do that without a refund if the account was used to break these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Model names and trademarks on the site belong to their owners. The Uncensored AI Video name, this website, and the software belong to the operator. You may not copy the site design, logo, or software except as needed to use the service. We do not claim ownership of your prompts, uploads, or generated files.

11. The Service Can Change

We may maintain, update, limit, or stop part of the service. Availability can be affected by maintenance, model providers, networks, or events we do not control. Download a result you need to keep. Storage in your account is not a promise that every file is backed up forever.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided as it is and as it is available. Results vary. We do not promise one exact picture, uninterrupted access, or that every result will meet a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties that the law would otherwise imply.

Some places do not allow certain disclaimers. In those places, this section applies only as far as the law allows. Rights which cannot be given up under local consumer law still apply.

13. Limits on Liability

To the extent the law allows, Uncensored AI Video and the people who operate it are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the service or these Terms.

To the extent the law allows, the total liability of Uncensored AI Video for a claim about the service or these Terms will not be more than the greater of 100 US dollars or the amount you paid to Uncensored AI Video for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

These limits apply even if we were told that a loss was possible. They do not remove liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including rights which cannot be given up under local consumer law.

14. Your Responsibility to Us

If a claim is brought against Uncensored AI Video because of what you uploaded, how you used a result, or a breach of these Terms, you will cover the resulting loss and reasonable legal costs, to the extent the law allows.

15. Stopping

You may stop using Uncensored AI Video at any time. You may ask us to delete the account by emailing support@videoany.ai. Asking to stop, or deleting the account, does not by itself cancel a recurring plan. Cancel that plan in billing settings.

We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the service. Where it is reasonable and the law allows, we will tell you. Sections that should continue after access ends, such as ownership, refunds already due, disclaimers, and limits on liability, stay in effect.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or by a notice on the service. If you keep using Uncensored AI Video after the change applies, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel any recurring plan before the next renewal. A change does not take away a right that the law says you cannot give up.

17. If Something Goes Wrong

Email support@videoany.ai with your account email and the order or task ID. Please write to us before you start a formal dispute, so we can correct a wrong charge or a missing credit return. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either side may take the matter to a court that has authority to hear it.

These Terms follow the laws that apply where ACKERMAN TECH SOLUTIONS LLC operates, except where a consumer-protection law where you live cannot be set aside. Rights which cannot be given up under local consumer law still apply.

18. General

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Refund Policy are the agreement about Uncensored AI Video. If one part cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not give it up. You may not transfer your side of these Terms without our agreement. We may transfer ours as part of a change in the business. Section titles are only for reading.
